After receiving the item, the customer will continue to pay in accordance with the received invoice. However, if the item is delivered damaged, the customer may request for the item to be replaced within 14 days after the delivery. In this case, please contact us either via email or our LiveChat app.
If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase within the first 14 days since the delivery, you can return your order and the full cost of the design will be refunded.
Please note that the shipping costs of the return are to be independently arranged and covered by the customer, with products received back to our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that customer received it, and in the original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified about the current status of the return and of the approval or rejection of the refund. If it is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
